The Metro C539-HDC-U-GY is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food temperature maintenance. This full-height cabinet features Grey Insulation Armour™ for superior insulation and energy efficiency. It is equipped with Dutch clear polycarbonate doors for easy visibility and access. The removable bottom mount control module allows for straightforward adjustments, while the thermostat can be set up to 200°F for precise temperature control.
The cabinet includes universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this unit operates on 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 2000 watts and 16.7 amps.
