The Metro C539-HDS-4A is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food temperature maintenance. This full-height cabinet features Red Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency and is equipped with Dutch insulated aluminum doors for easy access. The removable bottom mount control module allows for straightforward operation, while the adjustable thermostat can reach temperatures up to 200°F.
With fixed wire slides positioned on 3" centers, this cabinet accommodates either (17) 18" x 26" pans or (32) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, providing versatile storage options. The unit is supported by durable 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability during transport.
