The removable bottom mount control module allows for convenient adjustments, while the thermostat can be set up to 200°F for precise temperature control.
With lip load slides positioned on 1 1/2" centers, this cabinet accommodates up to 34 standard 18" x 26" pans, making it ideal for high-volume food service. The unit is supported by durable 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability during transport.
