The Metro C539-HDS-U-BUA is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food temperature maintenance. This full-height cabinet features Blue Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency and is equipped with Dutch insulated aluminum doors for easy access. The removable bottom mount control module allows for straightforward operation, while the thermostat can be set up to 200°F for precise temperature control.
The cabinet includes universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this unit operates on 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 2000 watts and 16.7 amps.
