The Metro C539-HDS-U-GY is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and convenience. This full-height cabinet features Grey Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency. It is equipped with Dutch insulated aluminum doors that enhance insulation while providing easy access.
The removable bottom mount control module allows for straightforward operation, with a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F for precise temperature control. The cabinet includes universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans.
Mobility is facilitated by 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability in food service environments.
