The Metro C539-HDS-U-GYA is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food temperature maintenance. This full-height cabinet features Grey Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency and is equipped with Dutch insulated aluminum doors for easy access. The removable bottom mount control module allows for straightforward operation, while the thermostat can be set up to 200°F for precise temperature control.
With universal wire slides on 3" centers, the cabinet accommodates up to (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, providing versatile storage options. The adjustable slides can be modified in 1 1/2" increments to suit various pan sizes. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability during use.
