The Metro C539-HFS-L-GY is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food temperature maintenance. It includes a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat that can be set up to 200°F, ensuring precise temperature control. The cabinet accommodates up to 35 standard 18" x 26" pans with lip load slides positioned on 1 1/2" centers for easy access. Equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability, this aluminum cabinet is built for mobility and durability.
