Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, it allows for easy access and maintenance. The thermostat is adjustable up to 200°F, providing precise temperature control. The cabinet includes universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to 18 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 34 half-size 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans.
Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability during use.
