The Metro C539-HLDC-4A is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficiency and convenience. The cabinet includes a removable bottom mount control module with a thermostat that can be set up to 200°F, allowing precise temperature management. It has fixed wire slides positioned on 3" centers, accommodating either 17 pans measuring 18" x 26" or 32 pans measuring 12" x 20" x 2-1/2".
