The Dutch clear polycarbonate doors provide visibility while maintaining insulation.
It includes a removable bottom mount control module with a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F, ensuring precise temperature management. The cabinet accommodates up to 35 standard 18" x 26" pans with lip load slides positioned on 1 1/2" centers.
