The Metro C539-HLDC-U-BU is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. This full-height cabinet features Blue Insulation Armour™ for enhanced thermal retention while operating at lower wattage. It is equipped with Dutch clear polycarbonate doors for easy visibility and access.
The removable bottom mount control module allows for convenient adjustments, with a thermostat that reaches up to 200°F. The cabinet includes universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans.
Mobility is ensured with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 1440 watts and 12 amps. It meets UL, CUL, and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for food service operations.
