The Metro C539-HLDC-U-GYA is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. This full-height cabinet features lower wattage for energy savings and is equipped with Grey Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal retention. The Dutch clear polycarbonate doors provide visibility while maintaining insulation.
The removable bottom mount control module allows for easy access and maintenance, while the adjustable thermostat can reach temperatures up to 200°F. It accommodates a variety of pan sizes with universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, supporting either (18) 18" x 26" pans or (34) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans.
Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 1440 watts and 12 amps. It meets UL, CUL, and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability in any food service environment.
