The Metro C539-HLDS-4 is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. This full-height cabinet features Red Insulation Armour™ for superior heat retention and lower wattage operation. It is equipped with Dutch insulated aluminum doors for easy access and durability. The removable bottom mount control module allows for straightforward adjustments, with a thermostat that reaches up to 200°F.
The cabinet includes fixed wire slides on 3" centers, accommodating up to 18 pans measuring 18" x 26" or 34 pans measuring 12" x 20" x 2 1/2". Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from aluminum, this unit operates on 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 1440 watts and 12 amps.
