The removable bottom mount control module allows for straightforward adjustments, with a thermostat that reaches up to 200°F. It features universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to (18) 18" x 26" pans or (34) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability.
