Equipped with Dutch insulated aluminum doors, this cabinet allows for easy access while minimizing heat loss. The removable bottom mount control module simplifies maintenance and adjustments. The thermostat is adjustable up to 200°F, providing precise temperature control for various food items.
The cabinet includes universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability during use.
