The removable bottom mount control module allows for straightforward adjustments, with a thermostat that reaches up to 200°F. It includes universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability. This unit operates on 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 1440 watts and 12 amps, and is certified by UL, CUL, and NSF for safety and quality assurance.
