The Metro C539-HLDS-UA is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and convenience. This full-height cabinet features lower wattage operation with Red Insulation Armour™ for enhanced energy efficiency. It is constructed with durable Dutch insulated aluminum doors and includes a removable bottom mount control module for easy access and maintenance.
The thermostat is adjustable up to 200°F, ensuring precise temperature control for various food items. The cabinet is equipped with universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1-1/2" increments, accommodating up to (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. Mobility is facilitated by 5" casters, with two featuring brakes for stability.
