Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, the cabinet allows for straightforward adjustments with a thermostat that reaches up to 200°F. It includes universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to 18 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 34 half-size 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans.
