The cabinet includes a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat that can be set up to 200°F, allowing for precise temperature control. It accommodates up to 35 standard 18" x 26" pans with lip load slides positioned on 1-1/2" centers for easy access and organization.
Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability when stationary.
