The Metro C539-HLFS-U-GY is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. This full-height cabinet features lower wattage for energy savings and is equipped with Grey Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal retention. The insulated cabinet and door ensure optimal temperature maintenance, with a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F.
The removable bottom mount control module allows for easy access and maintenance. It includes universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to 18 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 34 half-size 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans.
Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 1440 watts and 12 amps. It meets UL, CUL, and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen setting.
