The Metro C539-HLFS-U is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. This full-height cabinet features lower wattage consumption while maintaining optimal performance, thanks to its Red Insulation Armour™ that enhances heat retention. The insulated cabinet and door ensure consistent temperature control, with a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F.
Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, this unit offers easy access for maintenance and adjustments. It includes universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to 18 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 34 half-size 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans.
Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, the cabinet operates on a 120v/60/1 ph power supply, delivering 1440 watts and 12 amps. The Metro C539-HLFS-U is UL, CUL, and NSF certified, ensuring it meets high standards for safety and performance.
