The Metro C539-MDS-L-BUA is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. This full-height cabinet features Blue Insulation Armour™ for enhanced thermal efficiency and is constructed with durable Dutch insulated aluminum doors.
Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, it offers precise temperature control up to 200°F and adjustable moisture settings to maintain ideal conditions for various food items. The cabinet accommodates up to 35 standard 18" x 26" pans with lip load slides positioned on 1-1/2" centers for easy access and organization.
Mobility is facilitated by 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability during use. Operating on 120v/60/1-ph power, it delivers 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, featuring a NEMA 5-20P plug. The cabinet is cULus and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
