A removable bottom mount control module allows for straightforward adjustments, with a thermostat capable of reaching temperatures up to 200°F and precise moisture control.
Designed for efficiency, it accommodates up to 35 standard 18" x 26" pans with lip load slides positioned on 1 1/2" centers.
