The Metro C539-MDS-U-BU is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal moisture retention and temperature control. This full-height cabinet features Blue Insulation Armour™ for enhanced energy efficiency and insulation. It is equipped with durable Dutch insulated aluminum doors and a removable bottom mount control module for easy access and maintenance.
The thermostat allows for precise temperature settings up to 200°F, while the moisture control feature ensures ideal conditions for proofing. The cabinet includes universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans.
