The Metro C539-MDS-U-BUA is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. This full-height cabinet features Blue Insulation Armour™ for enhanced thermal efficiency and is constructed with durable Dutch insulated aluminum doors.
Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, it offers precise temperature control up to 200°F and adjustable moisture settings to maintain ideal conditions for various food items. The universal wire slides are positioned on 3" centers and can be adjusted in 1-1/2" increments, accommodating up to (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans.
Mobility is facilitated by 5" casters, with two featuring brakes for stability during use. The cabinet operates on 120v/60/1-ph power, delivering 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, and is certified by cULus and NSF for safety and sanitation standards.
