With universal wire slides positioned on 3" centers, the cabinet accommodates up to 18 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 34 half-size 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, providing versatile storage options. The adjustable slides can be modified in 1 1/2" increments to suit various needs. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. This unit operates on 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, and is certified by cULus and NSF for safety and sanitation standards.
