The Metro C539-MFS-U-GYA is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. This full-height cabinet features Grey Insulation Armour™ for enhanced thermal efficiency. It includes a removable bottom mount control module with a thermostat that reaches up to 200°F and moisture control for precise environment management.
The cabinet is equipped with universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1-1/2" increments, accommodating up to 18 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 34 half-size 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. Mobility is facilitated by 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this unit operates on 120v/60/1-ph, delivering 2000 watts and 16.7 amps.
