Top mount controls and a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F provide precise temperature management. The cabinet includes universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1-1/2" increments, accommodating up to (5) 18" x 26" or (10) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans.
Equipped with 2" casters for mobility, the cabinet is constructed from durable stainless steel, ensuring longevity and easy maintenance. Operating at 120V/60/1 with 1400 watts and 11.7 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards for safety and performance.
