The Metro C565L-SFC-U is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and convenience. This half-height cabinet features insulated, tempered double-pane glass doors for visibility and energy efficiency. Equipped with top mount controls and an analog thermometer, it allows for precise temperature management ranging from 70°F to 200°F. The ducted heating system ensures even heat distribution throughout the cabinet.
With a versatile capacity, it accommodates either eight 18" x 26" pans or sixteen 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, supported by adjustable 1-1/2" wire slides. The cabinet is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and easy maintenance. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability.
