The Metro C565L-SFS-L is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food temperature maintenance. This half-height unit features solid insulated doors and a top-mounted control panel with an analog thermometer for easy monitoring. The advanced ducted heating system ensures even heat distribution, with a thermostat range of 70°F to 200°F. It accommodates up to 17 standard 18" x 26" pans on 1-1/2" wire slides, making it ideal for various food storage needs. The cabinet is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel and is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability. Operating at 120V/60/1-ph, it delivers 1440 watts and 12 amps of power, meeting cULus and NSF standards while also being ENERGY STAR® certified for energy efficiency.
