The Metro C565L-SFS-LPFCA is a mobile, half-height heated holding cabinet designed for efficient food service. This pass-thru model features one solid door and one double-pane tempered glass door, allowing for easy access from both sides. Equipped with top-mounted controls and an analog thermometer, it offers precise temperature management with a thermostat range of 70°F to 200°F.
The cabinet utilizes a ducted heating system to ensure even heat distribution, accommodating up to 17 full-size 18" x 26" pans with 1-1/2" wire slides. Its durable construction includes 304 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and ease of cleaning. The unit is fitted with 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability during use. Operating at 120V/60/1-ph with a power output of 1440 watts and 12 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards for safety and performance.
