The Metro C565L-SFS-U is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and convenience. With a capacity for eight 18" x 26" pans or sixteen 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, the universal wire slides are adjustable by 1-1/2" to accommodate various food items.
