Equipped with top mount controls and an analog thermometer, it allows for precise temperature management within a range of 70°F to 200°F.
The ducted heating system ensures even heat distribution, while the universal wire slides accommodate up to 13 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 26 half-size 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, providing versatile storage options. The adjustable wire slides can be set at 1-1/2" increments to suit various needs.
Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability.
