The Metro C567L-SFC-U is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and convenience. This 3/4 height cabinet features insulated, tempered double pane glass doors for enhanced visibility and energy efficiency. Equipped with top mount controls and an analog thermometer, it allows for precise temperature management within a range of 70°F to 200°F.
The ducted heating system ensures even heat distribution, while the universal wire slides accommodate up to 13 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 26 half-size 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, providing versatile storage options. The adjustable wire slides can be set at 1-1/2" increments to suit various needs.
Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, this cabinet is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen.
