The Metro C569-SDC-LPDC is a mobile, full-height heated holding cabinet designed for efficient food service. Featuring a pass-thru design, it allows for easy access from both sides. The cabinet is insulated and equipped with Dutch double pane tempered glass doors for optimal visibility and heat retention.
Top-mounted controls and an analog thermometer provide straightforward temperature management, with a thermostat range of 70°F to 200°F. The ducted heating system ensures even heat distribution throughout the cabinet. It has a generous capacity, accommodating up to 34 standard 18" x 26" pans on 1-1/2" wire slides.
Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, this cabinet is built to withstand the rigors of a commercial kitchen. It operates on 120V/60/1-ph power, delivering 2000 watts and 16 amps, and is certified by cULus and NSF for safety and sanitation.
