This pass-thru model features insulated Dutch double pane tempered glass doors for optimal visibility and heat retention. Equipped with top mount controls and an analog thermometer, it allows for precise temperature management ranging from 70°F to 200°F. The ducted heating system ensures even heat distribution, while the cabinet accommodates up to 34 full-size 18" x 26" pans with 1-1/2" wire slides.
