The Metro C569-SDS-UPDC is a mobile, full-height heated holding cabinet designed for efficient food service. This pass-thru model features one solid Dutch door and one tempered glass double-pane Dutch door for easy access from both sides. Equipped with top mount controls and an analog thermometer, it allows for precise temperature management within a range of 70°F to 200°F. The ducted heating system ensures even heat distribution, keeping food at optimal serving temperatures.
With a universal wire capacity, it accommodates either (17) 18" x 26" or (32) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, supported by 1-1/2" adjustable wire slides for versatile storage options. The cabinet is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and easy maintenance. Mobility is enhanced by 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards for safety and performance.
