The Metro C569-SDS-UPDS is a mobile, full-height heated holding cabinet designed for efficient food service. This pass-thru model features solid Dutch doors for easy access from both sides. Equipped with top mount controls and an analog thermometer, it allows precise temperature management within a range of 70°F to 200°F. The ducted heating system ensures even heat distribution, keeping food at optimal serving temperatures.
With a versatile capacity, it accommodates either (17) 18" x 26" or (32) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, supported by 1-1/2" adjustable wire slides. The cabinet is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and ease of cleaning. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with 2000 watts and 16 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards for safety and performance.
