The Metro C569-SDS-UPDSA is a mobile, full-height heated holding cabinet designed for efficient food service. This pass-thru model features solid Dutch doors for easy access from both sides. Equipped with top mount controls and an analog thermometer, it allows for precise temperature management within a range of 70°F to 200°F. The ducted heating system ensures even heat distribution, keeping food at optimal serving temperatures.
With a versatile capacity, this cabinet can accommodate either (17) 18" x 26" or (32) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, supported by 1-1/2" adjustable wire slides. The durable construction includes 304 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and easy maintenance. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability.
