The Metro C569-SFC-L is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and convenience. This full-height cabinet features a durable insulated construction with double-pane tempered glass doors, allowing for easy visibility of contents while maintaining temperature. Equipped with top-mounted controls and an analog thermometer, it offers precise temperature management from 70°F to 200°F.
The ducted heating system ensures even heat distribution, while the cabinet can accommodate up to 35 standard 18" x 26" pans with its 1-1/2" wire slides. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from 304 stainless steel, this unit is built for longevity and easy cleaning.
