The Metro C569-SFC-LPFSA is a mobile, full-height heated holding cabinet designed for efficient food service. This pass-thru model features one double-pane tempered glass door and one solid door, providing easy access from both sides. Equipped with top-mounted controls and an analog thermometer, it allows for precise temperature management within a range of 70°F to 200°F. The ducted heating system ensures even heat distribution, while the cabinet can accommodate up to 35 standard 18" x 26" pans with 1-1/2" wire slides. Built from durable 304 stainless steel, it is both sturdy and easy to clean. The cabinet is fitted with 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability. Operating at 120V/60/1-ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards for safety and performance.
