The Metro C569-SFC-UPFCA is a mobile, full-height heated holding cabinet designed for efficient food service. This pass-thru model features insulated, tempered double-pane glass doors for optimal visibility and energy efficiency. Equipped with top mount controls and an analog thermometer, it allows for precise temperature management within a range of 70°F to 200°F. The ducted heating system ensures even heat distribution, keeping food at the perfect serving temperature. With a versatile capacity, this cabinet can accommodate either (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, supported by 1-1/2" adjustable wire slides. The durable construction includes 304 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and ease of cleaning. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph, it delivers 2000 watts and 16 amps, featuring a NEMA 5-20P plug. Certified by cULus and NSF, this heated cabinet is an essential addition to any commercial kitchen.
