The Metro C569-SFS-LPFCA is a mobile, full-height heated holding cabinet designed for efficient food service. This pass-thru model features one solid door and one double-pane tempered glass door, allowing for easy access from both sides. Equipped with top mount controls and an analog thermometer, it offers precise temperature management with a thermostat range of 70°F to 200°F. The ducted heating system ensures even heat distribution, while the cabinet can accommodate up to 35 full-size 18" x 26" pans with 1-1/2" wire slides. Built with durable 304 stainless steel, it is both sturdy and easy to clean. The cabinet is mounted on 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards for safety and performance.
