The Metro C569-SFS-UPFS is a mobile, full-height heated holding cabinet designed for efficient food service. This pass-thru model features solid insulated doors and top-mounted controls for easy access and operation. The ducted heating system ensures even temperature distribution, adjustable from 70°F to 200°F via a precise thermostat. It accommodates a universal wire capacity of either (18) 18" x 26" or (36) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, with 1-1/2" adjustable wire slides for versatile storage options. The cabinet is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel and is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with 2000 watts and 16 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards for safety and performance.
