The Metro C569L-SDC-LPDC is a mobile, full-height heated holding cabinet designed for efficient food service. This pass-thru model features insulated Dutch double pane tempered glass doors for optimal visibility and heat retention. Equipped with top mount controls and an analog thermometer, it allows for precise temperature management ranging from 70°F to 200°F. The ducted heating system ensures even heat distribution, while the cabinet can accommodate up to 34 full-size 18" x 26" pans with 1-1/2" wire slides. Built from durable 304 stainless steel, this unit is easy to maneuver with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 1440 watts and 12 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards for safety and performance.
