The Metro C569L-SDC-U is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and convenience. This full-height cabinet features insulated Dutch double pane tempered glass doors for visibility and energy efficiency. Equipped with top mount controls and an analog thermometer, it allows for precise temperature management within a range of 70°F to 200°F. The ducted heating system ensures even heat distribution, keeping food at the ideal serving temperature.
With a versatile capacity, it accommodates either (17) 18" x 26" or (32) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, supported by 1-1/2" adjustable wire slides for customizable organization.
