The Metro C569L-SDC-UPDCA is a mobile, full-height heated holding cabinet designed for efficient food service. This pass-thru model features insulated Dutch double pane tempered glass doors for visibility and energy efficiency. Equipped with top mount controls and an analog thermometer, it allows for precise temperature management within a range of 70°F to 200°F. The ducted heating system ensures even heat distribution, keeping food at optimal serving temperatures.
With a versatile capacity, it accommodates either (17) 18" x 26" or (32) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, supported by 1-1/2" adjustable wire slides. The cabinet is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and easy maintenance. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability.
