The Metro C569L-SDC-UPDS is a mobile, full-height heated holding cabinet designed for efficient food service. This pass-thru model features a combination of one Dutch double pane tempered glass door and one Dutch solid door for easy access and visibility. Equipped with top mount controls and an analog thermometer, it allows for precise temperature management within a range of 70°F to 200°F.
The cabinet utilizes a ducted heating system to ensure even heat distribution, accommodating a universal wire capacity of either (17) 18" x 26" or (32) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. It includes 1-1/2" adjustable wire slides for versatile storage options. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability.
