The Metro C569L-SDS-U is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and convenience. This full-height cabinet features solid Dutch doors and a top-mounted control panel with an analog thermometer for easy temperature monitoring. The ducted heating system ensures even heat distribution, with a thermostat range of 70°F to 200°F.
It accommodates a variety of pan sizes, with a universal wire capacity for either (17) 18" x 26" or (32) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The adjustable wire slides allow for flexible storage configurations. Built with durable 304 stainless steel, this cabinet is both sturdy and easy to clean.
