The Metro C569L-SDS-UPDC is a mobile, full-height heated holding cabinet designed for efficient food service. This pass-thru model features one solid Dutch door and one tempered glass double-pane Dutch door for easy access from both sides. Equipped with top-mounted controls and an analog thermometer, it allows for precise temperature management ranging from 70°F to 200°F. The ducted heating system ensures even heat distribution, while the universal wire capacity accommodates either (17) 18" x 26" or (32) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. Adjustable 1-1/2" wire slides provide flexibility for various pan sizes. The cabinet is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel and features 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with 1440 watts and 12 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards for safety and performance.
